Our advocate office could provide a serivces as person authorized to perform duties on the Registry for public sector partners.
The public sector partner register is a public information system that contains data on public sector partners and end- benefits user. The register is intended for public sector partners who receive public resources.
The public sector partner is authorized and required to register. Complete and true entry of data into the registry is a condition of access to public resources.
The relevant professional regulations for attorneys are the Act No. 586/2003 Coll. dated December 4, 2003 on the Legal Profession, as amended, Rules of Professional Conduct and other internal rules and regulations issued by the Slovak Bar Association.
